Pradip K. Banerjee, Ph.D – Chairman, Xybion

Pradip A seasoned entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in the global Life Sciences, Healthcare industry in strategic management, investments and new venture creation. He served as the President & CEO of Science Center in Philadelphia focused on creating, incubating, managing and investing in science based new companies. Prior to this, he served as Partner-in-Charge of the pharmaceutical Research & Development unit of Accenture. He created the R&D consulting unit growing it to $100+ million worldwide business. Previously, served as the head of worldwide New Opportunity Development in Kodak’s pharmaceutical division; held various R&D management leadership positions at SmithKline and Abbott .

Kamal Biswas – President & COO, Xybion

Kamal Kamal joined Xybion as its President and Chief Operating Officer in 2018. He is an acknowledged leader in the life sciences industry and has over 20 years experience in management consulting and pharmaceutical business operations. Very recently, Kamal was a Partner and leader of the global Life Sciences practice at Infosys Consulting. Before that, he spent several years working with pharma companies including Novartis Pharma and Ciba Geigy to manage manufacturing and late- stage R&D functions.

Craig Boyd, President Xellia Pharmaceuticals

Craig A seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience in various global pharmaceutical markets, having worked extensively in the US, Asia, Europe and Australia and across numerous product categories such as brands, biosimilars, devices, generics and specialty generics. Craig most recently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Envigo, having also held leading commercial roles prior in companies such as Merck, Novartis, Mylan, Hospira and Mayne. Craig holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Education degree in Physical and Health Education from Wollongong University.

Michael Breggar, Vice President for Healthcare and Life Sciences at CEI

Mike Mike currently is Vice President for Healthcare and Life Sciences at CEI. With over thirty years of professional experience in life sciences and health care consulting, Mike has held leadership positions at firms as diverse as Deloitte and TCS to specialized, boutique consulting firms. Dr. Breggar is a frequent contributor to professional and peer-reviewed journals, an active contributor to LinkedIn regarding business issues highly relevant to the life sciences industry sector, and speaks at numerous seminars annually. Mike is also an adjunct professor teaching excellence in management consulting at Temple University's Fox School of Business.

Joseph Malloy - VP, Workforce Safety at Northwell Health

Joseph Molloy Joe is the VP, Workforce Safety at Northwell Health, New York State’s largest health care provider and private employer with 23 hospitals, more than 700 ambulatory locations and a workforce of about 68,000. He is responsible for managing employee health & safety and has established its leadership position in workforce safety through its well-established processes and systems.

Bill Popper – CIO, Envigo

Bill Popper Bill currently serves as the CIO, Envigo.Prior to joining Envigo, Bill was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at ABM Industries.He has led technological transformation, including streamlining IT service delivery and improving service performance. He also implemented robust cyber security programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Dr. Nandini Diwakar –  Senior Principle at Infosys Consulting

Dr. Nandini Diwakar Nandini is a Senior Principle at Infosys Consulting. She has been advising pharmaceutical and med devices companies on Clinical trails and Data Management, Computerized system Validations, Oracle Clinical, ERP Implementation, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance, R&D consulting to fasten the innovation.

Lisa Craig – Business Development Director at Covance

Lisa Craig Lisa serves as Business Development Director at Covance. A seasoned professional from the Biotechnology Industry, Lisa focusses on Client Relationship and Account Management with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry.

Rodney Emerson - Executive Director, Pricing at Sandoz

Rodney Emerson Rodney is Executive Director, Pricing at Sandoz. As a commercial leader with extensive experience in Global commercial pharmaceutical markets (Brand, Biosimilar, Injectable and Generic) he drives strong patient and external customer outcomes, while delivering results based on enhanced analytical preparedness.

Margaret Blackburn – Global Head Compliance Services at PERKIN ELMER CORP

Margaret Blackburn Margaret serves as Global Head Compliance Services at PERKIN ELMER CORP. A leader in compliance services, Maragret provide domain knowledge/experience in Compliance Services to the OneSource team and to internal Product teams. She is a RAC from Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and is certified from American Society of Quality. She is an expert in Laboratory Federal Compliance,College of American Pathology (CAP) standards, ISO 9001:2008 to name a few. She also has extensive FDA experience in medical devices (PMA, 510(k), 510(k) de novo)

Jason Pitzer

Jason Pitzer Jason Pitzer has nearly 12 years of experience working with technology and has taken great pleasure in helping food and pharmaceutical companies alike deliver quality products to both consumers and patients. Jason manages a global team that has aspirations to put standardized big data in the form of non-clinical SEND datasets into the hands of laboratory and data scientists everywhere.

Snehal Patel Snehal is a buisness technology leader at Johnson & Johnson. He has been desining and providing technology solutions to his buisness partners for over two decades. Currently, providing leadership on lab data integrity and compliance functions.

Greg Bannish - Head of Flow Cytometry at Champions Oncology, Inc.

Greg Bannish Greg is currently the Head of Flow Cytometry at Champions Oncology, Inc. He has worked in the field of immunology for over 20 years, taking great enjoyment at making small contributions to the field through work within multiple laboratories. Following immunology training in academia, Greg worked approximately 5 years at Centocor-J&J on antibody drug therapies in early development, and 11 years at the CRO Envigo where he started up a regulated flow cytometry lab and later led US development of biotherapeutics.

Jane Von Kirchbach – Senior Director, Global Analytics and AI at Pfizer Inc.

Jane Von kirchbach Jane von Kirchbach is a Senior Director in Pfizer’s Global Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, she is responsible for strategy, operations, and delivery of analytics and artificial intelligence solutions supporting Pfizer’s business globally. Jane joined the company in 2014 and was responsible for Hospira’s Enterprise Systems and Data organization, managing analytics and data, enterprise applications, and ERP IT functions. Prior to joining Pfizer, Jane spent 15 years at Kraft Foods, where she led global teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement technology groups.

Bill Houser – Senior Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb

Bill Houser Bill is currently a Senior Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is in the scientific world for over 25 years of experience with the toxicology group at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He has been responsible for their SEND implementation and for the IT portfolio for the regulatory toxicology group and is now more focused on SEND than ever before. His passion for accelerating the development of better medicines for patients by enabling the exchange of nonclinical data is evident.
